Balance yourself in a half moon position… remember.. 90 degrees angle, straight hand and legs. Your body must be parallel to the floor. Eyes look up either to the top of your hand.. or just look up. Β πŸ˜› for 10 long breaths

Beginner tip :: Use a wall , Β Flex your toes, dont point it. πŸ˜›

Now lets spice thing up. πŸ˜›


once ur ready… focus a spot on the floor and lift the hand touching the ground up to your heart centre.. πŸ˜› Balance for 3 breathes :p haha :p

tip :: the tip to do this.. is to have a very focused mind. πŸ˜€ Focus your eyes on a spot and challenge yourself.. :p Remember, your body must always be in one straight line, as if parallel to the floor. Β let me know if this is easy peasy for you.. :p
