So if you haven’t already heard… I’m down with a yoga injury (a yoga injury always mean it’s bad :( ). In fact, the injury’s 5 months old. haha. I’ve finally took the time to consult the docs (2 times in fact to be completely sure). The first doc reckons that nothing can be done and i just need to do physiotherapy and stop active sports. =.=

The second doc is much more knowledgeable and told me it is more of an adductor muscle injury (I initially thought it was a hamstring injury which is worse =.=) and the only healing method is time. So.. no hardcore sports for at least 4-6 weeks. boohoo.

And the good news is… i am still going to go for my usual adv yoga classes and also capoeira.. but i am not going to perform my fullest and abstain from over stretching. No marathon till the end of the month. No weights till July. No excessive binging due to lack of exercise for the month. :(

but yeah. life’s good other than that.

Remember there was a time i keep having dreams of myself dying and being shot to death.
Somehow i wish i have those dreams now.
They’re somewhat very good to have knowing that it means something life changing is going to happen soon.

Anyhoo.

Yeah. life changing. i wonder when that’ll be.

In another note. I think i’ve change and matured even more than i was before. I was at this cheerleading competition @ ONE U last sat/sun and it somewhat reminded me so much of my highschool days. How determined we all were to … you know…. excel and win that throphy to make ourself, our parents and our school proud.

Nowadays i hardly have that feeling anymore and i really miss it.

oh well.
signs of aging. deal with it.
