Some of my fav running tracks. Perhaps u can share with me some great songs for running.

For me, upbeat songs keep me spirited, especially songs from artists i like. But sometimes, slow songs are good for uphill too. the choices we have… well the sky is the limit. If you have good tracks, please share :)

this, is a bridge push up (for warm up and sometimes to cool down). in a typical intermediate yoga class, the instructor will make you do 10 reps. in an advance class, 15 reps. In a capoeira class however ………. 30 reps alternate with normal push ups x 30

the result?

my arms cant even lift up my coffee mug this beautiful morning. and a very ambitious me is planning to go for advance yoga tonight. hoo haa.

Im not sure if im too early for 2011 resolutions… but here it is. This is my resolution from today onwards until whenever.

My goal is to make myself… physically stronger, mentally stronger and emotionally stronger.

to be STRONG; it is not something you can actually tell/calculate or see the results easily but when i’m there, i will know it and i WILL let you know as well.
