Food for thought

(Someone even called me the girl with BLUE TUMBLER wtf because i carry my water bottle everywhere i go -_-”. (Like for example to the sea when i went snorkelling in redang wtf. the people there i think was laughing like mad))

Not exactly actually. I’ve gain weight ever since i stopped going for yoga classes and started working. T_T Also because on weekdays after work , i am so tired and always have this feeling of rewarding myself after a hard day’s work and end up binging on good food and thereafter… a good sleep. Yes Cherrie, like a pig. O.^ oink oink. You would have notice on pictures that i have gain weight. sigh T_T.
And so i think diet starts tomorrow? haha. Went grocery shopping earlier and what i had in mind was JUST to grab biscuits and tidbits wtf for breakfast and midnight snacks but i ended up BUYING ALL OF THE ABOVE and of course many other things.
Let’s see.
Monday
Breakfast : Papaya!! (Papaya tastes heavenly with lime. Do you know that? haha). Green Tea.
Dinner : Garden Salad (Celery, Lettuce, Raisins, Carrots, Thousand Island Dressing), and Mushroom soup. Btw i love celery
Snack : Yogurt! yum
Tuesday
Breakfast : fuji APPLE!!!!! (an apple a day keeps the doctor away. lalala), Coffee with extra top foam. lol
Dinner : Broccoli! Mushroom soup. LOL. And i super duper love broccoli as well.
Snack : Wasabi Seaweed (totally addicted to this)
Wednesday
Breakfast : Grapefruit!! Again, my fav. Have it with Honey.
Dinner : Garden Salad, Mushroom soup, Yogurt
Snack : Raisins
I think by wednesday the supplies will run out. But we’ll see how far i can stick with this plan.
And lunch is not included because i should at least have ONE NORMAL MEAL per day right? LOL. i have a feeling it will be sushi on every other day. haha..

oh, reffering to ur post about suspenders. i just wanna fore-warn you abt the suspenders. i bought the red one from topman, -10% discount after the member thingie. rm65 i think..
brought it home. played it for a while. and the next tthing i know,, the clasp broke !
my jaw fell to the floor. HAHA.
admittely, im quite a bull to my things, and i probably didnt handle it properly. so THE THING is quite fragile. so. becareful! =)
however, i went back the next day, asking for a replacement stating that it was aredi broken when i got it haah :P
hahaa.. IT BROKE? lol.. but the staff at topman was kinda funny, they don’t know how to handle or open the clasp. but i guess it should be pretty fragile if it can broke easily. gasp.

nope yoga wun really helped on losing weight as it is more on flexibility… good diet is good for health and not mainly for losing weight (though u will drop some gram) but seriously (not praising)… based on ur pic ur size is ok lo….
Haha. In actualty, yoga will help u gain weight at first due to muscle building and with long practice, you will loose weight because it’s a mind training and flexibility as well. kinda engaging.
ah jen i love love love your hair!!!!! sigh i wanna cut my hair but i dunno what style to do and i’ve always wanted to dye my whole head but then i scared if i dye it red, it’ll fade wor. mmm.. any suggestions? anyways where did u get your cut and colour done? =)
got it done at my place. come come. lets do together. colouring is FUNNN.
oooo maybe dark purple for the whole head! or blue highlights! yum..
or orange and red. :P lalala
